9:00pm — Reserved Area & Finger Food

• Guestlist entry to a central late bar

• Reserved area for the group + finger-food platters

• Optional add-on: prosecco tower or shots round

SATURDAY — Artsy Chaos & Glam Dinner
8:00–10:30am — Hotel Breakfast (included)

2:00–3:30pm — Draw-a-Nude (Private Life Drawing)

• Friendly professional model + host tutor

• All materials supplied (pads, pencils/charcoal, aprons)

• Icebreakers, giggles, and a keepsake group sketch

7:00–9:15pm — 3-Course Dinner + Cocktail Tree

• Reserved table at a central restaurant

• Starter + Main + Dessert (veg/vegan/GF catered)

• Show-stopping Cocktail Tree for the table

9:30pm — Reserved Area & Bubbly 

• Guestlist entry + reserved area so the crew stays together

• Glass of bubbly on arrival (or alcohol-free alternatives)

• Dancefloor proximity, no queue panic, great selfie lighting
