8:45–10:30pm — Reserved Area & Finger Food

• Guestlist late-bar entry

• Reserved area so the crew stays together

• Finger-food platters (veg/vegan/GF catered)

• Optional add-on: prosecco tower or welcome shots

SATURDAY — Game Faces & Drag Races
9:00am — Coffee & Chill (your kitchen = brunch basecamp; we’ll drop café tips)

2:30–4:00pm — Drag Show

• Cabaret, reads, and big belly laughs with a local queen

• Reserved seating/area for your group

7:00–9:00pm — 2-Course Dinner

• Reserved table at a central restaurant

• Starter or dessert + main (dietaries catered)

9:15pm — Reserved Area & Bubbly 

• Guestlist entry + reserved area

• Glass of bubbly on arrival (or alcohol-free alternatives)
