FRIDAY

4:00PM — Check-In

6:00–7:45PM — Cube Games

9:00PM–Late — Reserved Area & Finger Food

Settle into your own reserved area and enjoy finger food, bubbly and easy-going catch-ups as the night builds. The perfect chance to relax, refuel and get everyone ready for Galway’s nightlife.

SATURDAY 

2:00–3:45PM — Drag Show

Get ready for an afternoon of glamour, laughter and show-stopping performances. Expect big laughs, great vibes and just the right amount of audience interaction to make it memorable for everyone.

7:00–9:00PM — 2 Course Dinner

Enjoy a relaxed 2-course dinner at a central Galway spot — good food, good company and a lovely lead-in to the rest of the night.

9:30PM — Reserved Area & Bubbly
